Before, I really do not like fast food.

I had preferred to eat rice-based dishes but nowadays I often enjoy eating fast food.

There are several reasons for that.

I think, the most important reason is that fast food chains have strong delievery systems.

It is so convenient!

and then in situation of covid-19, it is more such like that.

However, this has increased my eating habits and weight gain.
