Nowadays, dieting is essential in our life.
In the past, dieting only meant losing weight.

There was a diet method called intermittent fasting.

This diet encourages those who need a diet to have only one meal a day.
Tehre are many similar methods for dieting based on skipping meals.

However, In the latest trends, people not only want a lighter body but also a healthier body.
So they usually include a diet with exercising.

In my case, I also like a diet based on adjusting the amount of food and exercising properly.

I enjoy gorging foods., which is an excellent stress reliever for me. 
Up until my mid 20's, I was able to maintain my healthy and fit body body, even though I had a habit of eating a lot of food but nowadays I am becoming bigger than before.
