Nowadays, dieting is essential in our life.
In the past, dieting only meant losing weight.

There was a diet method called intermittent fasting.
Have you heard about that?

This diet encourages those who need a diet to have only one meal a day.
Tehre are many similar methods for dieting based on skipping meals.

However, In the latest trends, people not only want a lighter body but also a healthier body.
So they usually include a diet with exercising.

In my case, I also like a diet based on adjusting the amount of food and exercising properly.

I enjoy gorging foods., which is an excellent stress reliever for me. 
Up until my mid 20's, I was able to maintain my healthy and fit body body, even though I had a habit of eating a lot of food but nowadays I am becoming bigger than before.

Recently, I have been busy and so tired.

There are two reasons for that.

FIrst, I started working a part-time job.

I always spend my time at home, so sometimes I feel monotonous and bored.

I think I am becoming lazy.

That's why I started my part-time job.

The second reason is because of Diablo2 Resurrected.

When I was about ten years old, I had a lot of fun playing this game.

Recently Diablo2 Resurrected, which is a Diablo2 remake version, was released.

I was hesitant to play the game again because I thought it would become a habit.

My older brother asked me to play Diablo2 Resurrected with him.

In the end, I played the game with my older brother.

I lost track of time.

I was so tired because of new job and playing game.

Moreover, the part-time is a night job, so my daily routine was broken.
